To cancel or reschedule a booking you must contact us within 30 minutes after you received your booking confirmation via your email.
Failure to cancel or reschedule within the given time limits, automatically means you cannot get your payment refunded to you less £10.00 administration fee and you will not be able to cancel or reschedule your booking. It is absolutely imperative that this Cancellation Policy is clearly understood by each customer and acted upon accordingly within the stipulated time limits before you close the booking tab browse from your device.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
